2. Photography Services

Due to the nature of photography services being custom work performed to your specifications, photography services are generally non-refundable once the session has been completed. However, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our work.

3. Session Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, please notify us as soon as possible:

  • More than 14 days before the session: Full refund of any deposit paid, or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
  • 7-14 days before the session: 50% refund of deposit, or the option to reschedule with a 25% rescheduling fee.
  • Less than 7 days before the session: Deposits are non-refundable, but we will work with you to find a suitable rescheduling option.

4. Digital Products and Downloads

All digital photography files delivered are considered final products. Once digital files have been delivered and downloaded, they cannot be returned or refunded as they are digital goods that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

5. Physical Products

If you have ordered physical products such as prints, albums, or other merchandise:

  • Damaged Products: If your physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
  • Print Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the print quality, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will review the issue and may offer a reprint or refund.
  • Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and cover all shipping costs.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your photographs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your final images. We will:

  • Review your concerns and work with you to address any issues
  • Offer additional editing or retouching if needed
  • Consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis if we are unable to meet your expectations despite our best efforts

7. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items or services are non-refundable:

  • Completed photography sessions
  • Digital files that have been delivered and downloaded
  • Custom albums or products that have been ordered specifically for you
  • Rush processing fees
  • Travel expenses that have already been incurred

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule services when possible.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
